I was lucky enough to be born in the Netherlands and get the opportunity to develop my talents! I am a strong analyser and researcher and very able to communicate in clear language, verbally as well as written. I prefer not to use jargon so that also people not involved in development cooperation can understand. I am a good listener and like to hear different sides of the story before forming my final opinion. Working like this contributes to the ownership of a project.

I like to work in a team, create team spirit and automatically take the role of coordinator. However, I can perfectly work on my own as well. I am pragmatic and always looking for (and finding!) solutions.

I am an enthusiastic and cheerful person. My gift is to bring lightness. I have a strong feeling of justice. To me it is important to practice what I preach, thus I am quite a fanatic fair trade consumer.
